Miss United States International 2010

Miss United States International 2010 July 23, 2010. Miss Maryland Cassandra Tressler was crowned winner of the 2010 Miss United States International Pageant at Lake Fenton High School, in Linden Michigan. She beat 16 other candidates for the chance to represent the USA at the 50th Miss International beauty pageant in Chengdu, China.
