Katie Kearney was crowned Miss Missouri USA 2012 on November 6, 2011. Katie from St Louis is 23 year old. She will represent Missouri in Miss USA 2012 Pageant. Katie was a finalist in Miss Missouri Teen USA 2004 and 2005. This is her first try at Miss Missouri USA Pageant.
