Road to Miss Universe 2012:

Lindsay Japal is Miss Cayman Islands 2011.

Lindsay Japal of George Town was crowned Miss Cayman Islands 2011 on September 25, 2011 at the Lions’ Community Centre in George Town. She is 23 year old and will represent Cayman Islands in Miss World 2011 and Miss Universe 2012 Pageant. 10 finalists competed in Miss Cayman Islands 2011. Janelle Mutto was the first runner-up and Crystal Tomlinson was the second runner-up.


She is 23 year old and will represent Cayman Islands in Miss World 2011 and Miss Universe 2012 Pageant.

She is a professional model and a student. She completed an Associates degree in Business Administration from the University College of the Cayman Islands. She is now currently working towards a Bachelors degree in Finance with a Minor in Marketing from the same institution, while gaining valuable experience at Cayman First Insurance Company. She has worked with this company for almost 5 years, learning many different aspects of the business and gaining valuable work experience and life lessons.
