Isi Topciu-Ulaj to represent Albania in Miss World 2011


19 year old Isi Topciu-Ulaj from Tirana was appointed by Vera Grabocka, director of the Miss dhe Mister Albania Organization to be the official representative of Albania in Miss World 2011 beauty contest on November 6 in London, UK.

Isi Topciu-Ulaj stands 1.83m tall and works as a professional model. She was also the 3rd run-up in Miss Albania 2010.
