PRETTY GIRL

Monique Thompkins, Miss District of Columbia USA 2012, will represent District of Columbia in Miss USA 2012 Pageant. Monique, a Redskins Cheerleader, is a 2010 graduate of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Jazz Dance Performance. She works for the Department of Health and Human Services.
