Mayte Medina of Dominican Republic was crowned Miss Global Teen 2010 at the Finale held last night in Campo Grande, Brazil. She received the crown from Isabella Zaupa, the current Miss Mato Grosso do Sul/World. Finalists came from Egypt, Canada, Belgium, Venezuela and Portugal.
